A postal code (also called a ZIP code in some countries) is a short numerical or alphanumeric code used by postal services to identify a specific geographic area. It helps route mail, parcels, and deliveries to the correct location faster and more accurately. For example: In Tanzania: 14112 (Mikocheni, Regent Estate, and Darajani areas located within the Kinondoni District of Dar es Salaam) or similar regional codes. In South Africa: e.g., 8001 (Cape Town), In the US: e.g., 10001 (New York). Why use it on Kauri addresses? It is required and improves delivery speed, reduces errors, helps calculate shipping costs correctly, and ensures your orders reach the right destination efficiently, especially international orders.

If you pay in a different currency from the Vendor's pricing currency, your bank or Payment Service Provider (PSP) may apply its own exchange rate and fees. The final amount charged may therefore differ slightly from the estimated price shown at checkout.

The final exchange rate is determined by the payment institution processing your transaction (such as your bank, card issuer, mobile money provider, or PSP) at the time the payment or settlement is processed.

No. Exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees applied by banks or PSPs are outside Kauri's control and are not valid grounds for refunds or disputes.

Yes. You can monitor your order status from the order tracking tab, your account dashboard, including order confirmation, shipment, and delivery updates.

Report the issue through the Platform as soon as possible with supporting photos or evidence. The claim will be reviewed according to the applicable return and dispute resolution process.

Orders may be cancelled before prepared and shipment is processed, subject to the Vendor's cancellation policy and the Platform's Terms and Conditions.
